engaging
senior leaders workshop

A taster of the Mental Health First Aid course for senior leaders.

Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers

Our Engaging Senior Leaders Workshop provides mental health awareness training for managers and senior leaders.

It’s designed as a ‘taster’ of what is taught in the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) accreditation course.

The workshop provides a space to discuss the challenge and opportunities for managing mental health problems in the workplace.

Course participants will:

Gain a broad understanding of mental health and its impact on an organisation
Achieve buy-in from key decision makers to aid successful roll out of mental health programs
Drive a mental health return on investment by creating champions in senior positions

This course does not lead to a Mental Health First Aid accreditation.
